About

I created Ladies Get Paid because I needed it. The lack of women in leadership roles disturbed me and I was craving a space where women could support one another by openly sharing their professional struggles.

One year later, we now have 10,000+ women from all over the world who regularly connect through our online network and offline workshops + events. We also recently produced a conference for 150 women. You can read more about my entrepreneurial journey here.

In addition to running LGP, I'm on the Well + Good's Council, coach individuals and groups, and am a frequent writer, moderator and speaker at companies like the New York Times. I'm also thrilled to be featured in the Sally Hansen global campaign, Shetopia.

I'm currently on a tour across the country, hosting town halls for thousands of women to talk about self-worth at work.

Testimonials

"I used every inch of your presentation and everything else you shared to negotiate and am happy with where I landed. I've shared so much of what I learned to other women and hope to LITERALLY pay it forward."

"Thanks once again for all the help you provided me before my negotiation and provide an update. It went so well and I know for sure that I felt equipped because of all the amazing tools and resources you sent me."

"I wanted to thank you so much for this platform. I have been on LGP for about 3 weeks and frankly this has been changing my life a little bit every day for the better."

"LGP has truly transformed my life as I transition careers and I can’t stop talking about it. You’ve created a great space online and in real life for women to connect and network."

"I expected to enjoy the talk, but not to the extent that I did. I left feeling empowered and unstoppable. I felt as if I had a room full of strangers that supported and rooted for my success."

“You are doing important work that’s important to us, to women, to the planet. You are an inspiration and I am cheering you on!! I know I speak for so many more women too!”

"I walked away better informed, and feeling empowered and incredibly uplifted by all that I learned about and witnessed on Saturday."

"I normally don't write to people or approach or reach out or anything (because I do get anxious) but I thought it would be a shame not to let you know how inspiring this was. I'm excited for the future of LGP. Thank you for doing what you're doing."

"I now feel more prepared for any discrimination I may face as I enter the workforce as a woman, as well as being more informed on how to handle those situations."

"Our students were all a buzz after your presentation!  I heard so many thanking us for bringing you in, and asking that we do more of this.  You were a hit! "

"In the 'How to Ask for a Raise' session I realized I was about to ask for less that I deserved based on how I was hired, not my current output. That session was the difference of a 15k increase to me."

"I had the pleasure of speaking with you one day when I was in a particularly rough spot at work. Just wanted to share with you some great news that I successfully negotiated up to a 22% raise. Thank you for all you're doing and continue to do."
